Terms and Conditions
These Payment Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the payment arrangements between Cool Man Acond Service Sdn Bhd, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the party or entity making payments, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer.”
1. Payment Methods:The Company accepts payments through the following methods:
• Credit/Debit Card
• Electronic Funds Transfer
• Cheque
• Other mutually agreed-upon methods:
3. Late Payments: In the event that the Customer fails to make payment by the due date, the Company may charge a late fee as specified in the invoice or in accordance with applicable laws. Additionally, late payments may result in a suspension of services or products until the outstanding amount is settled.
6. Refunds and Returns: Refund and return policies, if applicable, shall be as specified in the Company’s refund and return policy, which is provided upon request.
8. Payment Receipt: The Company will provide a payment receipt for all payments made. It is the Customer’s responsibility to retain copies of payment receipts for their records.
10. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malaysia.
2. Payment Due Date: All payments shall be due on the date specified in the invoice issued by the Company, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing between the parties.
4. Payment Currency: All payments shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
5. Taxes: The Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, Taxes will be itemized on the invoice.
7. Disputed Charges: If the Customer disputes any charges on an invoice, the Customer must notify the Company in writing within 2 days from the date of the invoice. The parties shall work together in good faith to resolve the dispute promptly.
9. Amendment of Terms: These Payment Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by the Company at its sole discretion. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing or through electronic communication.
By making a payment to the Company, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these Payment Terms and Conditions.
